4. Commissions
If you request a commissioned piece of artwork, you agree to the following:
A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
Final artwork will be delivered upon completion, and no changes will be made after delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Full payment is required before receiving the completed commission.
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danuta Piekoszewski is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the purchase of artwork, or your reliance on the content provided.
6. Indemnification
